"Let me start off by saying I wasn't even in the process of checking rates or shopping around for new car insurance. It had been years since I had looked bc every time I did, no one could ever beat the rates I had, by far. So, I stopped checking. Arnold texted me asking if I wanted to check again, though, bc it had been a while. I decided, sure, why not. Thankfully, I did!!! Not only could State Farm get me better rates all-around, but a better policy as well plus even life insurance (something I never thought I could get or afford.) Arnold went above and beyond for me, did all the leg work, answered my tons of questions I asked, and worked around my crazy busy schedule. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and never did he make me feel like he was just trying to sell me something. I am very happy to have found a new insurance home and highly recommend this office."
